Cancellation Policy

All the fees paid to the Hope Counseling Centre are final. However, if we are informed 48 hours before the scheduled session, the missed sessions may be rescheduled. Furthermore, in the event of cancellation, we must be provided with 72 hours' notice, and fees can be used for a future session.

Some insurance plans cover costs associated with seeing a Psychotherapist. However, not all do. You must check with your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

If your plan does have social work or psychotherapy coverage, you will need to submit a receipt to them for reimbursement. Psychotherapists do not typically do direct billing in Ontario.
